centennial

today marks crossed and dotted's 100th post!

i can hardly believe that i have written that many (all but three!) and i am constantly amazed at how many other post ideas pop into my brain. i do want to take a moment to thank all of you who follow along with my musings - i am so flattered by your comments and compliments!

to mark the occasion, i have decided to embark on a 101 things in 1001 days challenge, as set forward by ms. mackenzie horan of design darling. i met mackenzie back in january when this blog was just an abstract idea, and she is absolutely lovely and encouraged me to just go for it! as for 101 things in 1001 days, i have always loved the idea and its spirit of carpe diem !

more to come tomorrow (which i think is fitting for my 101st post!)
in the meantime, i will leave you with some snapshots of dinner last night:

  1. Congrats on your 100th post. I am only at 26 with 1 follower I guess the going is tough. I can't wait to build a blog that I am super proud of with a bunch of followers that I can feel connected too.

I found your blog on TEG and have been very happy following. Keep up the beautiful work.

  4. Yum—shrimp quesadillas sound delicious. And I can't wait to see your 101 in 1001 list! I just posted my one recently (also inspired by Mackenzie), and I'm already starting to tackle all those things I never would have done had I not written them down. Good luck!
